Notes: Intense straw yellow. On the nose there are notes of broom and chamomile, quince. In the mouth it is fresh and sapid, with a bitter finish.

Notes: Straw yellow, very marked mineral notes emerge on the nose, together with different types of spices and citrus scents. On the palate it is fresh and sapid, with a good persistence.

Pairings: Spicy dishes, goat cheeses, fish main courses.

Grapes: 40% Lecinaro, 40% Sangiovese, 20% Uva Giulia

Age of plants: Sangiovese and Giulia grapes 40 years ungrafted; Lecinaro plant of 2016

Training system: Spalliera – Guyot simple, tree-lined

Type of soil: Loose with calcareous sediments

Planting Density: 3500 / ha

Yield: 70 q.li/ha

Alcohol: 13%

Vinification: In cement tanks, maceration on the skins for the entire duration of spontaneous fermentation (on average 15/20 days). No clarification or filtration

Notes: Ruby red. On the nose there are notes of red fruit, blackberry, blueberry, plum and ethereal scents. On the palate it is fresh, quite soft and firmly sapid. Good persistence.

Pairings: Red meats and medium-aged cheeses or with egg fettuccine with meat sauce.

Notes: Pale red with violet reflections. On the nose there are notes of violet, marasca cherry and a spicy finish. On the palate it is fresh and elegant.

Notes: Rosé with marked acidity. Herbaceous and citrus notes on the nose. Energetic on the palate with great temperament. Intense pink color with coppery reflections

Physical characteristics: Grappa obtained exclusively from the pomace of biodynamic grapes fermented and distilled directly with the sole addition of drinking water.

Alcohol content: 40° vol.

Distillation method: Direct fire discontinuous alembic with steel boiler, steel coil in water bath for head elimination, copper dephlegmator with sprayed and cooled head for heart extraction. Tail not extracted.

Tasting notes: Intense and persistent bouquet, notes of undergrowth and dried fruit.
